How can the third party try and say its my fault that he crashed into me when my car was stationary at a traffic light and now he is tryna claim off my insurance ?.even the police said it was his fault ffs, the stupid lorry driver needs to give up.if his insurance company dont accept my personal injury claim settlement offer out of court then they are stupid cos they really dont want a court war with me and my solictor !
