dont wanna sound crazy, but this has never happened before
went in today like i never have, while i was on some machine for biceps i swear they popped out like they never have before, like doubled in size for a while
put on fat and lost muscle during this xmas period. mainly because ive been ill over it. Need a solid 2 weeks to get back to boss levels and get into peak condition for summer
got them swivel grips for xmas from a family friend...neeed to start banging out push ups again and i went for my first jog ina while 2 days ago...gonna slow ease myself back into exercise and im meant to start kicking ball in january....i need to get it together.

been doing a lot of cardio lately in the gym and running on the roads (no shook cat)
my legs have strunk dramatically
decided to give up on running on the pavement will only be doing tradmill

i agree with timebomb tho. most annoying peeps in my gym is one asian breh
always walking around to flex his skinny arms in the mirror.
like its a miracle hes been able to even get the little hes had and hes repping for the whole generation.
cut out the ghee and you lot will get some definition

when i started gym just under a month ago i could just about do 5 push ups. no lie
right now i just done 2x20 with my legs raised
i know thats nothing to you man, but thats the motivation for me to go gym this week, kinda felt like id already hit a wall
