Guest M12 Part 2

I go to a fairy gym at the moment and the people who watch your every move and analyse what your lifting piss me off.

Need to join a hole full of bodybuilders so I can learn more and get motivated better on the off days.

been doing a lot of cardio lately in the gym and running on the roads (no shook cat)

my legs have strunk dramatically

decided to give up on running on the pavement will only be doing tradmill

this is my motivation right now (n/h)

i agree with timebomb tho. most annoying peeps in my gym is one asian breh

always walking around to flex his skinny arms in the mirror.

like its a miracle hes been able to even get the little hes had and hes repping for the whole generation.

cut out the ghee and you lot will get some definition

dont wanna sound crazy, but this has never happened before

went in today like i never have, while i was on some machine for biceps i swear they popped out like they never have before, like doubled in size for a while

now theyve gone back to normal

anyone experienced that before?

put on fat and lost muscle during this xmas period. mainly because ive been ill over it. Need a solid 2 weeks to get back to boss levels and get into peak condition for summer
