Chicken - thighs and legs

Cube the following:

Sweet Potato

White Potato

Turnip

Carrot

Leeks

Onion (spring) 

Sweetcorn (add right at the end)

Sweet peppers

Garlic 

Thyme

Chillies 

 

Knorr chicken noodle soup mix

(own seasoning)

Ketchup / Browning / Honey - Optional 

 

De-skin chicken and brown, throw the veg in a huge pot and let them cook off for 5mins, add chicken, add seasonings - mix with enough water to cover and simmer for 1hr or until chicken is tender.

I had a "fresh" soup from tesco for lunch yesterday. Had a couple from sainsbury last week an was fine

But yesterday this soup finished me. Got home had to lay down on the floor then for up an chucked all my guts up

Never again.
