Andy Carroll's all right, nothing wrong with him. I'm not saying those guys are gonna be world beaters, half of them probably won't even be international class, but players can develop. The likes of Johnson, Barry(although good prospect), Defoe, Crouch were poor until they were 23/24.

Lampard was being booed at West Ham when he was 21/22ish, after about 3 seasons of football.

I'm just saying we need to build from the bottom and atleast get a proper team spirit and hope these guys can grow into the role. In the short term we need to build a team. It's too late for the other guys, so do it with the younger lads who want to be there.
