Some of the racial banter we have in the office is borderline. Just moved into a new space thats even more open plan and i I see a few people shifting uneasily.

All talking about 1 guy who has flown through the ranks and my manager comes out and says don't matter what qualifications/experience you have. We're the wrong shade o brown to be moving that fast. We were all creasing (incl. the white guys) but the people who arent in our team were eyes to the ground.
