My friend just told me she tried to commit suicide last summer...

Problem is, is I'm not sure whether it's a lie. It was 3am, I had crashed out in her bed and by this point she had drunk 3 bottles of wine from 7pm, so she was f*cked but keeping pretty cool about it.

I know it's cold of me to not have believed her but towards the end we drifted of for a few mins, I started speaking to her again and she said a bit more then started chatting sh*t, asking me how my patients were at the GP, completely going off on one.

There were bits of the story that were not correlating with each other as well, so I couldn't be fully supportive.

If it's a lie, I don't want to bring it up again, and if she's telling the truth then I need to really speak to her I guess. Definitely a sh*t position to be in if your friends don't believe you when you tell them something like this.
