Wilshere like a lot of our midfielders needs too much freedom and lacks discipline. Best off out wide I agree until he learns some tactical nous. He can be Cazorla's understudy as our roaming wideman. Ramsey is our long term midfield general and him and Wilshere together doesn't work.

Jack was never complete, age and mistakes/game experience was always something he need to embrace. The injurys means he needs fitness on top of that, his first task should be getting up to top notch fitness.
