You can shift up and down with tiptronics but theyre still auto's

Tiptronic, iShift etc is basically a manual gearbox with actuators changing gears so you tend to feel when the gears are changing unlike in a CVT gearbox which are smoother at gear changes.

then book a 2 day crash course with fast track to test.

Lombard roundabout is a free for all and you will have to go past in in your test.

More than likely you'll only be taking the first exit so shouldn't cause any problems.
