Even if a woman says "yes" drunk how do you know that she would have said "yes" if she was stone cold sober?

You just can't take a risk, if you like the woman either end it at the club or make sure she gets home alright, if she's insistent on having sex then I'd personally just get a hotel room and leave her there with taxi fare home and a note in the morning with your number or something.

It's best that way because if she's interested then you can both go out and meet each other crucially not as "strangers" then build a potential night out from there where you have each others trust.

The girl can't remember nothing so she not really challenging the accounts, the first yute version is kinda backed up by CCTV and witnesses and he is giving a full account of what happened, however he then kinda sells Evans out and Evans doesnt really have an account of events that dont make him not sound like a deev.

Thats the point, to us we know what the girl is, however to a jury they will easily see it different, like evans was just some craven leech.

If overly intoxicated till being either passed out or nearly passed out, and having been spiked with a Viagra, then yes a case would probably have to be answered, but for many reasons, it's not likely to be sonething that happens
