Really they spat some truth this week about me not showing myself as the guy to go out and seek these opportunities within the company which was true but when I was questioning the same shit 3 months ago they weren't saying anything. I did suggest a lot when I started but just allowed myself to get shut down by other people saying why it shouldn't happen. Tbh I'm at a point where I've entertained the idea of leaving for long enough that I feel I'll regret not seeing further opportunities outside so I'm just going to go that way. Grafter Posted January 28, 2016 Report Share Posted January 28, 2016 i think if you were being proactive and you got ignored then don't let them blame you for losing motivation within the company they showed you that they weren't listening - it's natural that you would stop trying I was in a similar position in my last role, they didn't want to hear me so I coasted they should have a system for dishing out work/projects. It is the responsibility of management to ensure that all resource is being utilised efficiently and effectively.
