Is this guy really saying that every club should only have players from their city. LMAO

What I'm saying is you can't celebrate the success people born outside of Manchester bring to your club and then criticise people born outside of Manchester who regard themselves as fans.

The whole idea resembles that of the BNP.

Exactly I'm from Preston

I support Arsenal

I f*ck*ng hate united and there glory supporting fans

I've always followed North End too but come on lets be honest they're sh*t

Replace Preston with Tottenham/London.

Arsenal with Man United.

United with Arsenal.

North End with Tottenham.

and that how I see most London based Man United fans on here, real talk.

and your one of them.

In all honesty though, when I was living in London I've seen United fans openly supporting Liverpool against Arsenal in pubs,

Guess its down to living next to and working with Arsenal fans so getting drawn into the banter/Sky sports rivalry.

I'd imagine there are some United fans in Southampton who hate Southampton the most due to living there,

That's the point M12 was making and it's a fair point tbh.

Tbh there is some truth to it. Where I'm surrounded by d*ckhead arsenal fans always bugging me I just like seeing them fail. And I know most other utd fans from London are like that(John doe f*ck*ng hates arsenal, ALWAYS gettting onto them).

I would probably bet most London based united fans don't know any city fans to have that banter/hatred towards

But dot get it twisted in no capacity will you catch me willing on Liverpool/city/leeds

What M12 said is a poor generalisation that is on the same level as assuming every United fan from London has never been to Old Trafford. There may be some truth in it for the 90's babies that only started watching football during the beginning of the Fergie vs Wenger era but like I said it's a poor generalisation.

/

As much as I dislike Arsenal because of some of their fans(mainly the ones that live up to the stereotypes like Piers Morgan) if they was in a FA cup final against Pool, Man City or Leeds and I would want Arsenal to win every time.

/

As for the United fans supporting Spurs against Arsenal thing when you've got some ABU Arsenal fans doing stuff like celebrating City's derby win and title win over us like it was a victory of their own there's no surprise about which side a neutral United fan is gonna take watching a NL derby.

Exactly I'm from Preston I support Arsenal because I hate scousers apart from the gyal, I f*ck*ng hate united and there glory supporting fans (school was full of em hence why I love to see City beat em) I hate inbreds from Blackburn, Wigan and Bolton, brummy teams are just wack and I've always followed North End too but come on lets be honest they're sh*t and the club is run by wankers and basically I've always appreciated good football n thought Arsenal were a joy to watch lol

I couldn't care less who you support, but you are the absolute definition of a glory hunter.

Preston is a footballing City, only recently lost the football museum and Preston North End are a historic club, the only reason they're bouncing between tiers 2 and 3 is because they were unfortunate enough to miss the cash cow of the Premier League.

Have some pride in where you're from. Rather than going for who the cockney media tell you are exciting to watch.

Also, f*ck Arsenal.

Pissed because Adams said there was no point of having Aston Villa as they are a nothing team?

Adams has had two (very unsuccessful) stints at both Wycombe and Portsmouth but now has no further interest in working anywhere but Arsenal. He said: “I’ve done the lower leagues and it’s a different style of managing,” he said. “No disrespect but I don’t want to be Swansea boss, either. They probably don’t want me. Aston Villa? What’s the point? What can you do with them? So it’s the Arsenal or nothing and I’m not ready for that.

i reckon we might get touched today...even though we're the favs at bookies

Lazio will rest some players hopefully and Livermore doesn't play.

Looking forward to seeing the likes of Caulker, Lloris, Dempsey and Huddlestone play though

Adebayor injured so Defoe has to start
