The extreme cold weather is probably going to stick around a lot longer, I mean look how long the hot weather has stuck around this year. How was it still pretty warm even a week ago.

 

Allow the snow though. As it's nice when it lands but the nasty sludge and having to walk everywhere carefully is a long ting. The nightmare situation for me will be heavy snowfall.

Cold weather and 3 months of 'arctic conditions' are not the same thing. At most we have a few weeks of 'serious' snow throughout the whole of winter.
