C/S Black, fucked cos I had to fight for ages to save to get a ps2, first Xbox 360 I copped late was  with my student loan and ate toast for time(also bought a HD tv same day to go with it), first next gen console I could cop on release day calm. If it was just a 360 with better graphics I would have thrown bills at them, and these man have pulled all this bullshit.

I'm starting to feel like any next gen console can wait now. Still a lot of decent games to be playing on PS3. Only just copped Assassins Creed Brotherhood after clocking the first 2. It's the multiplayer hype as well that makes you wanna be involved but the PS3 online scene has been dead for the past couple of years now. Hardly any one I know is on it besides a couple of mates play FIFA now and again. Such a far cry from how it was a few years back with Family members and all the VIP2 heads on the COD tip.

There is still a strong online ViP2 community. Its just that multi player games nowadays dont have the same longevity as they used to.

I regularly come online and see people in parties banging Fifa/Marvel. In recent times Minecraft has had a lil shout and Borderlands and shit.

Amazon's pre-order pages for the PS4 and Xbox One are causing quite a stir, despite the huge listed price of both next-gen consoles. Right now the Xbox One is sitting at the top of Amazon's PC and Vide Games chart, with the PS4 next in line.

Sony's console is only beaten by the Xbox One by just 2.3 per cent more sales going to Microsoft. The pre-order pages feature extremely high predicted prices for the consoles, with the Xbox One listed at £599 and the PS4 at the same price

“It’s not clear yet which of the two will have the edge when they launch later this year – what’s certain, though, is that fans are already excited about how the next generation of consoles will change the world of gaming and home entertainment.” said Xavier Garambois, VP of Retail at Amazon EU.

Xbox One preorders currently sit 20 per cent higher than that of the Xbox 360 when it launched eight years ago. Amazon should be adjusting the cost of the consoles once prices are finalised, but for now, it seems few of the preorder bunch are bothered about the high price.

While details are still to be confirmed by both Sony and Microsoft as to Xbox One costs, we could end up knowing more at E3. Oh and we would've used a pic of the PS4 and Xbox One in the image for this story, but Sony still hasn't let anyone see it yet. Roll on Sony press conference!

If all the xbox rumours are true, about always on live, the camera always being on, the used games bullshit and ps4 has non of that you're a mug if you purchase a xbox one herd games are gonna be 60 quid aswell

must be online once every 24 hours - once every hour if you sign in on a different machine

camera always has to be plugged in and on but you can turn if off on the XBOX, but it'll be like a sleep mode

they've crippled the used games market

edit - forgot to add, it's in their terms that they can change any of these in any way they want at any moment
