He's been decent to be fair bar the southampton goal amd almost had the same moment with cameron jerome.

Gibbs is just more injury prone. With monreal he needs a couple games to get going. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Everyones chipping in so far which is great.

Gibbs is much better than Monreal, better attacking, better defending, quicker, makes less mistakes.
