The irony is that these articles are not saying anything new. ISIS' rise has much to do with America's foreign policy. This is not even debated anymore.

 

What has been debated is whether America's decisions that have led to the growth of ISIS, were actually mistakes or purposeful strategic moves. 

 

The articles i posted today are pointing to EVIDENCE from a PENTAGON REPORT which proves that these were strategic decisions. INSTEAD of mistakes.
