Him maybe, but de Bruyne would've been pointless.
How so, potential was always there especially when he was lighting up the Bundsaliga on loan.
He left Chelsea and the Prem, while under Mourinho. Both blamed each other and he came back to the Prem while Mourinho was still there manager. Could've put a buyback but he wouldn't have gone back.

De Bruyne HATES Mourinho 
De Bruyne looked good for 30 mins and Lukaku looked like a dog chasing a balloon for us.

I rate Rom but I don't like his game back to goal
Poor awareness, turns can be iffy (turning into trouble) and his touch can be clumsy at times
Needs to work at his game if he wants to get back to a top club but he is good, doesn't get the props he deserves
I'd like to see him playing champions league next season, in fact I'd like to see him, barkley & stones in the cl
