Deep down i want us to butHe is not worth 30million being sat on the bench unless someone gets a long term injuryHe is player you can rely on to get you a goal in an important match/Next season we will still haveBerbatovRooneyCR7ManuchoCampbellWelbeckMachedaAlthough only 3 of them are proven at the top levelIf he does go i wouldnt mind us splashing out on Benzema who is likely to leave if Lyon do not make the CL which they are on course to doHope Campbell gets a chance to good for Tottenham

Not for £30 mil
30mil was the price when he first went there. You have leased him for 3 years. It won't be more than 15m max.
TBH it isn't really a leasing situation we signed him on loan for the two season for around 10 millif we wanted to sign him after that he'd cost us 30 mill whether that means an extra 30 mill now or just 20 mill i don't know.Tevez has already stated that he wants to move back to Argentina and play for Boca again by the time he's 30 which gives us 5 years max someones already stated that he's played more minutes than both Berbatov and Rooney and to be honest he shouldn't be in the team ahead of either of them, so whether he'll stay knowing that i don't know.and 30 million isn't somthing we can really afford, However if we win the CL i expect a bid to be made, However if Benzema can be prized away from Lyon either this season or next then i'd prefer to go down that route.I'd love to see him stay due to his commitment and work rate, but honestly is he worth 30 million. his work rate >>>>>>>>>>> his quality and confidence in and around the box this sums it up really, he's a supporters dream but in reality he doesn't make financial sense quality wise

Not if they keep winning the champ league though? What happens if they get rid of Tevez, bring in someone new and he doesn't get them vital goals? I think Tevez is going to head to Madrid for a couple of years then go back to Boca anyways. Think thats how he has planned his life lol

How important do you think he has been to Man Utds success this season though?I think £30 million is far too much for a player who's main qualities are his sense of urgency and a high work rate, especially when he's not deemed good enough to start.

A war of words has broken out between Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson and Carlos Tevez's adviser over the striker's future.Ferguson said a deal to keep Tevez at Old Trafford after his loan expires in the summer had been put on the table.Tevez's adviser Kia Joorabchian confirmed a meeting had taken place with chief executive David Gill. But he added: "It is categorically untrue Manchester United made an offer to try to persuade Carlos to stay."The Argentine proved his worth to United on Wednesday night as he scored in the 2-1 win over Wigan, a victory that moved the club to within one point of a third consecutive Premier League title.Tevez, 25, has hinted he will leave as he has not been offered a permanent deal but Ferguson said talks had begun."He knows I want him to stay. We spoke today and chief executive David Gill has had meetings with him," added Ferguson."We have given him an offer and we hope he accepts. The problem is we are not negotiating with a football club."Tevez's registration is kept by Joorabchian and he claimed United have not taken up the option to buy Tevez after his two-year loan deal expires. A spokesman for Joorabchian said: "In 2007 Manchester United agreed a two-year loan deal for Carlos Tevez and at the same time agreed the terms that would make the transfer permanent."They have not taken up that option."Last weekend, Tevez told newspapers he expected to be leaving Old Trafford in the summer because he had not yet received the offer of a contract and Joorabchian backed up the player's comments."He's been disappointed at the way he's been treated - he shouldn't be in this situation," stated Joorabchian."He did enough to warrant a contract last year but they decided not to do that and to go for other players and in January he felt he might be offered a contract and he wasn't, so now I think he feels not as good as when he first joined."The fact of the matter is Carlos hasn't asked for any amount of money and hasn't been offered any amount of money - that's where we are at the moment." Team-mate Wayne Rooney believes Ferguson should make Tevez a permanent player. He commented: "He is a world-class player and you always want to see him playing here."I enjoy playing with him so hopefully he can stay."He has a lot of energy and he has scored a lot of vital goals for us this season. His work rate is brilliant so hopefully he will sign. I would like him to."
This is a bit nuts, who do you think is telling the truth?
