UPDATE:The Los Angeles County coroner has completed Michael Jackson's autopsy, but deferred determining the pop star's cause of death until more tests can be run.Coroner's spokesperson Craig Harvey told reporters that the toxicology tests could take six to eight weeks.He said there were no signs of foul play or trauma to the body.He also confirmed that Jackson was taking some unspecified prescription medications, but could not confirm which ones.
