Monday Bandele Posted July 30, 2015 Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 what type of leg workout were u doing   u probs dint even warm up properly tbf how do you warm up?  i did some stretches. mainly ones i learnt from football days, then 5 minutes on the bike to loosen up a bit. did squats, warmed up with just the bar first, then did leg press, then the quad lifter machine ting, then some calve lift things. was just going off one app on my phone.  the pain today is like no other. ive played ball for years so waking up with sore legs is common but this is another level. went toilet just now, couldnt even stand up to piss, had to sit down. then getting back up was a mission.
