Gone from doing weights 5 times a week to twice a week now that I have fallen in love with Muay Thai. Muay thai 4x a week, and on the two weights days I'm doing only strength training (compound exercises), I haven't done deadlifts in months and was well happy that I could still comfortably do 180kg with the amount of mass I have lost from all the cardio.

Muay Thai is making me nice and shredded too. I have aim to start fighting in competitions in the near future, the gym and coaches I train with are top notch (majority of the fighters in my gym are in top 10 ranking in the UK).

Your right you can't make decent money in Muay thai here, doesn't pay enough.

Not been in any fights yet, gonna have a interclub fight soon and go from there. I have my day job career to focus on aswell so its all about balancing everything. Right now I'm just enjoying it.

I don't really like doing MMA, don't have enough grond fight experience, but who knows in the future, might learn some BJJ.

Im Going Thailand this year so will definitely train in some of the proper gyms out there. I heard aswell its mad with the betting over there in fights. Can't wait to go Lumpinee stadium and check out Fairtex gym.

Heero

That omega 3 fish oil is the one

One of the main things help turn Cristiano Ronaldo into the super athlete he is

Omega 3 is the truth, would suggest everyone jump on it, great health benefits.

How much do you take? I take 2 x1000mg capsules a day, in total that's about 200mg of DHA and about 230mg of EPA plus eat salmon/mackerel twice a week. Think I might bump it up to 3 capsules but it's difficult to find out how much I should be taking (google searches giving me bare inconsistent advice).

Can anyone who knows their stuff help?

I’m having 2 capsules a day which provide 2000mg, I also have Tuna about 4/5 times a week and will have salmon a few times aswell.

When I started taking it I was reading up on it on Bodybuilding.com and a general consensus was anything over 3 caps was touching excess, unless you have to heart problem.
