I tried to do it the following year n the guy started fillin out the form for my PAC number...I randomly went into a bad reception area n the fone disconnected N then I was tryin to get a N97 out of them last year, all showin them that ive been with them X amount of years got THREE contract lines with them, bills regularlly £200+...all I got was " well we're sorry to lose your custom sir...have a good day!!" Those ones NEEEEEEED consumers, Telefonica aka o2, Vodafone and Tmob don't give a f*ck. I done this last week still. I got transferred to the sales team when I didn't want to and they reduced my line rental to £10 (from £45) and I should get an iPhone 4G when it lands.
