I've been offered a job in with the same Uni but in the City rather than out in the sticks.

Its a progression move, more money, regular hours (currently work 10-6.30), work in the city so get noticed more, fresh challenge, good risky move so i shouldnt even be considering it.

but

Im absolutely smashing it where I am now. Have been for around a year and a half. I've never been so happy and focused both in and out of work. Because of this im really weary about disrupting it. Im in such a good place that i dont want to it disturbed.
