America and other European nations gave Africa ridiculously high-interest loans that made absolutely sure that no progress was made in Africa due to any profit being automatically pumped back into Europe/America. Yes, America/Europe gave money to Africa publicly which pales in comparison to the money they received from Africa behind the scenes. Now there are a lot of groups that are genuinely trying to help but in this case I'm talking about Governments. Nowadays most of the loans (maybe you've heard them referred to as 'third world debt') have been cancelled, due to them being made public. And as soon as Americans/Europeans get their slimy diseased hands out of Africa's pockets we start seeing improvements. The economy of several Sub-Saharan Countries are experiencing rapid growth and development. Corrupt black leaders? Who the hell do you think put them into power you blind fool. Who do you think funded rebels and supplied them with weaponry so that their leader would get into power and pay dues to the people who helped secure his rise to power?
