When you are religious you are more likely to be conservative with a small 'c', and if you are conservative you are more likely to be religious.

Black people hold deeply conservative views on sexuality. Black people do not rate homosexuality or any other kind of alternative lifestyle- try coming home and telling your dad that you now want to be known as Chloe. The feminist agenda is not rated. A woman like Germaine Greer would not be lionised, but would be seen as a harlot.

If the introduction of the death penalty was given in a plebiscite, but only to black people, they would overwhelmingly in favour of it.

Try and introduce some kind of law that bans smacking children, Black people would be outraged. etc etc

Black people are quite statist though, and lean democrat and labour when it comes to economic policy. But they are still capitalistic and want to enjoy and strive for the things that capitalism has to offer. I have a feeling that if black people were generally wealthier than the national average, then we would all be libertarian, but unfortunately in the meanwhile we act in self-interest. But they still regard Republicans and Tories as evil racists and generally unfriendly to blacks, and vote labour and democrat because of this and because it seems 'abnormal' for them to do otherwise.
