The worst though is when I plan to tell someone a story. I'll say the story out loud before I tell them just I see how it sounds

I talk through my actions all the time. Helps me pick holes in ideas/plans/processes. Casually see me walking on road mumbling to myself I need to do this and this and then that means I can start this. Etc.
