To keep it short as to what they said basically;

 

At Mardrid Ronaldo was the main man, he came with a low fee, and wasnt the main focus, if Real played bad, eyes went to Ronaldo, so he played with less pressure

 

Apparently he is very introvert, so for him to be the main man with a 40 mill price tag and all the added pressure of Giroud being shit etc he is not coping with the open exposure, they were saying they think that is the biggest reason behind it
