American Hustle is garbage.

 

I'm a big O'Russell fan but he focussed too much on character performances rather than the film itself. Script was horrible

These type of roles are too natural for Leo, he can pull them off with too much ease, even if he did carry the whole film.

To be honest though he didn't deserve it this year. I preferred Wolf over Dallas Buyers Club as a movie but McConaughey was phenomenal and deserves this for the sheer graft he's put in over the last 5 years when, in Hollywood's eyes, he really had no right to get these roles
