Hmm, have you seen Boris Johnson bumbling?? but people laugh and say he's cool. of course its not racism.. hes a bloke!!

classic example of the perfection you must be when black and looking to move up in the western world,

but as a white man you can be a bumbling fool and get promoted. good on you black people agreeing that she's a liability too suck it all up.

but its ok, hes white so he can be stupid and still hold public office

You get it. Problem is a lot of people just swallow media narratives without any critical thought.

Yeah but not always the victim complex mentality

Make sure you know your fax

Make sure you are prepared for your interviews and knowledgeable on the subject matter

lastly and most importantly don't rely on anyone else being more incompetent than you are and get them to act as some crude safety net

My issue here is the frustration in seeing Corbz on the brink and this buffoon doing her up most to fuck it all up and her arrogance in sitting there with some smug expression without considering any damage limitations. Hopefully the fact that she is now 'ill' is an indication that shes finally starting to look at the bigger picture and tag herself out

But even with the fumbling it doesn't have a negative impact on his career, media perception or role in government. So whilst his actions would make him a liability if he was dianne, for him they actually dont. As has been said peolle embrace him for it.

Both of them are smart people and i reckon the work they actually do away from the camera is good enough for them to have the positions they have. Dianne is a liability because as u say she is held to higher standard. But its a liability in terms of votes an how her colleagues view her.

Pos

and to an extent people were saying Boris was a liability. Politicians and civilians alike

/

never liked Abbott for the best part of 10 years

Theresa May has declared she is prepared to rip up human rights laws to impose new restrictions on terror suspects, as she sought to gain control over the security agenda just 36 hours before the polls open.

The prime minister said she was looking at how to make it easier to deport foreign terror suspects and how to increase controls on extremists where it is thought they present a threat but there is not enough evidence to prosecute them.

and just like that she's back in the game.

This looks very much like an attempt to return the current TPim restrictions - a form of house arrest - to closer to what they used to be when they were called control orders. Those orders were created by Labour in 2004 and they included long curfews and restrictions on who people could meet and communicate with. They were abolished by the Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition and replaced by less restrictive TPims in 2011.
The human rights law issue may be less dramatic than it sounds. States can "derogate" or suspend their observance of parts of the European Convention of Human Rights if they need to. Tony Blair's government did it in 2001 to create a form of detention without charge for foreign suspects who could not be deported - something I will come back to.

doesn't sound anywhere near as bad as I thought

Jeremy Corbyn has said that the shadow home secretary, Diane Abbott, is to be replaced by the shadow policing minister “for the period of her ill health”.

Waaay too late.

Man had a former link attending interviews on his behalf.
