The only person that wants Di Maria to leave is Perez

The person who can decide to let him rot on the bench until his contact runs out

Whether Ed said we are broke, it doesn't matter, like Real don't have accountants who couldn't work out what we have to spend from a quick Google search of our commercial deals

Suarez went for 60?, he hasn't done it in the CL, apart from group stages with ajax he is an unknown entity in Europe, not questioning his ability but you want to talk about merit

Real don't HAVE to sell him, him not wanting to go doesn't mean anything, just look at Ronaldo, 80 Mill and he said he was a slave with us

Barcelona wanted Cesc out, Chelsea were the only club interested and they still got 35 mill

That's just the way football is

So would you rather have spent the 60 Mill on markovic, Lambert , Lallana or got Di Maria for that money instead?

You wouldn't be saying all this if you had spent the 60 on Di Maria imo, you would be doing gifs b2b with murks and Lahi

Your chief executive bowing to the pressure of disgruntled fans and publicly saying that you can pay '£60m, £70m, £80m on a player' wreaks of desperation and puts you in a bad position for negotiations from the off. Real can speculate on your finances, you practically announced that you're dying to spend a shit load of money.

Suarez was widely reported to have a release clause of £75 million and according to Liverpool was transferred for that amount.

Barcelona who are banned from transfer activity after the details of a transfer in which they claimed to have paid a fee of £48.6 million which was later found to be £71.5 million say he was transferred for £65 million. Believe who you want.

Suarez somehow being a player with more to prove to rubber stamp his credentials than Di Maria is a stupid thing to say, not even going to get into that. lol

Barca wanted Cesc out and still got £35 million? lol we're talking about a World Cup Winner with contributions in terms of goals and assists in what many see as his poorest seasons that are comparable to Di Maria in what would be considered his best seasons. Why such a big difference in price?

If we'd have spent £63 million on Di Maria I'd be asking why when I know full well he isn't going to make anything like the impact made by the player you allege we sold for £60 million.

Another poor performance from Rooney again today

Surely LVG knows he cant sell Welbeck and rely on Rooney, RVP and Hernandez all season plus Wilson

This season will really test how strong he is, if he can drop the undroppable

Mata didnt have a great game but he has no movement behind him and no movement ahead of him and next to him is Young and Valencia lol

Smalling just looks so nervous on the ball, RCB when everyone is fit is him, doesnt have the composure to play in the middle, maybe it will come with age but right now he cant play there

Solid from Blackett again

Keane was solid when he came on too

Young will hopefully get moved on in January when Shaw has a few months under his belt and Rojo is settled in too

2 games and no Kagawa though, although both games had injuries tbf

Think Cleverleys confidence is finished , not sure if he will ever recover from last season, dont think he has the mentality to bounce back and prove people wrong

Another poor game from Fletcher too

Welbeck and Janajuz done more when they came on they most guys done all game

4-3-3 please

352 really not working

We dint have the personnel

None of our players can beat a man except jan/welbz/Kagz abd them man ain't starting

Letting nani go on loan was a mistake IMO. One of our players that can create something out of nothing and can beat his defenders. Although he did miss a pen in his debut for sporting lol. He needs a run of games in the first team

Get rid of

Clevz (had high hopes for him)

Fletch

Didn't LVG say something along the lines of using 352 for a whole to get the players used to another way if playing and that that wouldn't necessarily be the long term solution?

Genuine question.

For now that formation allows for Rooney RVP and Mata to all play. So it works for that purpose.

Not gonna comment on the performances or lack of till after the transfer window closes, hopefully finishing the game with a midfield of Cleverley and Januzaj was more of a signal to the suits than anything else.

When that new fitness suite at Carrington opened in July didnt the club put some bullshit out about how they could almost guarantee that the type of injuries picked up in recent seasons could be flagged up quicker and therefore prevented?

Evans and Smalling reverting to tyoe means we only have Jones for with any pre her league experience, wonder if Wes Brown fancies a move back.

Could be a very interesting week up to deadline day, starting to dread the Milton Keynes game a little bit if I'm honest. Losing to that would be one of the biggest indignities ever.

Everton have also apparently expressed an interest in Welbeck.

How the hell did it ever come to this huh?
