loool at the way Tulse is talking about JME as if he's Double O or Nicky Forcer or someone. "Too many man " was an 09 summer anthem, he made bare p of the t-shirts , is popular with the white trendy crowd & sold a gd lot of mixtapes, most of his mixtapes were actually hard aswell.True say I woulda expected him to buss instead of stryder tbh, he seems to have more commercial appeal.disclaimer: i dont actually rate jme at the present moment , but he was big bk in the day

Hes still caking off the company. Making a wage on his own terms.Surely thats a win?
Correct
Grime to make P <<<<<<<<Thats why they all jump to house and pop to make some
with that considered^^
I think he is doing ok tbh
was at a nike shoot a while back and i got paid £50, was there for the whole day...JME came in for 20 minutes and got paid £1g
sums it up, Not just anyone in the grime scene can do this. He's done well for himself and hasn't just sold out like a lot of people when everyone knows he could've done due to his nationwide fanbase (his nationwide/Uk wide fanbase was bigger thann both Tinchy and Chipmunk)disclaimer i'mnot neccersarily against any grime artists that want to make other genres of music especially not tinchy as he's paid his dues and done the work and deserves his success and he still nices the underground scene

BBK had the momentum of So Solid at one point during 2005-2006. The one thing that let them down was singles - they concentrated on the P.A side of things instead of building up a catalogue of potential hits. Skepta was the first to break the mould but his timing has been unfortunate. JME, Skepta & Frisco are all very talented so with the right break, they could still make an impact if thats what they want. It needs to happen soon though. As for this

(his nationwide/Uk wide fanbase was bigger thann both Tinchy and Chipmunk)
Lets not get ahead of ourselves.

JME has a big underground following and a loyal fanbase that will buy into him. I'm not disputing that. All I'm saying, is you can't compare his fanbase to top 10 selling artists.
