I take asthma medication abroad. Never had any problem.Carpe, how much would a small tub of whey protein be in the US? And is it easy to buy in stores? Or should I just take some across?
good ones go for $32+, rangin to about $47. i buy metrx ones in flat packs from GNC.. i usually have a hook up there who gets me a discount, but buying a TUB would be long to pack so look for the refill packs. no problems at airports mostly cos its all checked in.

Got back from NYC earlier today.Hands down the best holiday I've been on soo far. First time I've been on hols on my ones, but still it was awesome !Stayed @ the Gershwin hotel for 3 nights before the rest of my friends arrived. Nice place, good location east of 27st, so right bang in the middle of everything. Only down side was the lack of breakfast, especially for the price you pay (average of $120 a night). And the fact that its soo near to all the main shops in manhattan you do end up getting lazy with it.Shopped a fair bit too. Took advantage of the ALIFE sample sale that was on the weekend I arrived. Picked up loads of sweatshirts, hoodys and tees for $10-20 each. Couple of air force ones, asics and adidas $30 a pop. Supreme started their sale when I arrived too, 30% off on most items. Made hideout & dsm prices seem nuts. Got some outwear pieces from them.Copped loads of stuff from Ralph in Macys. Polos, tees and shorts all made cheap and on sale. Plus youvget 10% off for being a tourist. They go mad for TopShop/TopMan and uniqlo out there. Literally everytime I went there was blench queues @ the tills and sometimes just to get in.Picked up some stuff for my mum @ Mac flagship store. The girls that work there>>>>>>>>>A friend introduced me to loads of heads in the lower east side. Really cool/trendy area, loads of young creatives gettin' it in. Proper inspiring hearing some of their stories/hustles.Meet the rest of my friends @ a hostel on 87st west called Sky. Decent spot not too far from Harlem, obviously no luxuries but for somewhere to kip at night and wash it serves it purpose. Just made sure I copped some sandals for the shower, floor was overly wet most of the time, eeew.Stayed in another room from my friends on the first few nights. But the guys/girls in my room were super bless, took me out to central park and watched a Shakespear play and took in some sights. Including times square etc. This NY chick my friends knows brought us in on loads of stuff too. Invited us to a penthouse apartment on 34st to watch the 4th July fireworks, magical sh*t. Went to an 'Afro Punk' festival in the pits of Harlem too, which was sick. So cool to see black people not giving a damn and just doing their own thing! Much more of that needed over here.Did a couple photo shoots on a rooftop in Williamsburg, real cool place. Converterd warehouses occupied by artist, musicians and designers etc.Guys in Harlem were super bless. Chilled on the stoops with a few of them. Meet a couple that had family/boys in hackney & bricky, mad random. Girls wise Harlem chicks are banging', swag levels are way high. Tight denim and lil size 5 jordan and air max's. Made my heart melt.Girls wise, jeeebus, I was soo on it. Went to a place called Webster Hall and ran riot. Its basically an NYC version of Rex. But with more hispanics. The chicks there were amazing. They had one strip show on the 2nd floor where girls were getting their tits out for drinks and doing all sorts of mad acts. Bottom floor was southern crunk and top floor was salsa. Few chicks showed me how to move and what not. Bums and tits for dayssss! Left with bare numbers and emails, linked a few of them up too. No thrills fun, that's why I love NYC chicks, they fully don't care. None of that social conditioning you get from chicks on these shores.Bucked a couple tings in the hostel too. Had one literally begging me to bang on the last day, madness lol.I even had time to go on a proper date out there. Lol. Pointless excercise but it was fun. Going to central park @ 2am in the morning>>>>>>>>>>>Ah yeah you can talk soo much greeze to a chicks over there too. Like openly say what's on your mind and they'll entertain it too a degree.Oh and another mad thing, never have I seen soo many young gay people in one city. All colours and creeds aswell. But the lesbians were the worst, some proper bangers there.Overall was a sick holiday, will most probs be back again for the winter for some work I got lined up. Def will be my 2nd home now.P.s. flew with virgin atlantic. Paid £290 for my ticket approx. Hotel averaged @ $120 a night and hostel was $30 a night including taxes and what not.

going sharm in egypt tomrrow (5am)so happy it started raining and sh*t the day i go away
I'm there on Monday night cuz.Hope you have a good time out there!
Heads up, if your going to Sharm and your not planning on leaving the Sharm region you do not need to buy a Visa when you arrive. You only need a visa if your goign Cairo. But I would say Cairo is a must. The Pyramids are mind blowing. Also bring ££££ notes with you, immodine (your bound to get the s***s), and you can never have enough bottle water while your out there.Egypt is a sick holiday.

JANAY.TELLMEALL!I'm there in like 10 days.
What you wanna know?Food is decent. Got every kind of food you could want. Jerry's is a diner on 15th and Collins Avenue which is 24 hours so you'll probably find yourself there after a night out.If you wanna go shopping go Aventura Mall The 'S' bus will take you there for $2 or go to 'Sawgrass mills' which you should get a coach to which will cost you $25. DONT GET A TAXI ALL THE WAY! Clubs...SOBE live, Dreams, Mansion, Cameo They are all the main clubs out there which is found on washington avenue. When I was there club tickets were $30 which is a lot of money, doubt it'll be that much now. Good thing about tickets you dont have to queue at all!Wet Wellies you need to visit! Its a bar on 8th and Ocean drive that does Slush Alcohol drinks, make sure you bring your id cos they will not let you in otherwise!Holla if you wanna know anything specific.
