The worse way I got turned down goes back to school times. I called this chick's yard, her mum picked up the phone and I introduced myself etc. I asked to speak to Katie & she proceeded to call her. Katie comes to the phone. The conversation was going well for about 5mins until her dad comes and questions her like 'Who are you speaking to?' She replied 'Goddaz'. Then I hear her dad say 'Who? The very black boy from your school? Katie remained silent and in the most sincere voice I've ever heard, the dad then goes 'If you don't want to die tonight Katie, you better hang up the phone'. The phone was promptly put down. After that Katie never spoke to me again, not even a hello & we were in some of the same classes for certain lessons.
