Moving on to a more senior role, pay increase, first proper management role, alot of control on the strategy side of things, and able to implement what I want. And the best thing, my boss is based out the office, so only really have a once a week meeting/catch up. Just feels so good to know I will now have the freedom to bring in and start up new initiatives without having to go through a million channels. Gonna smash this out for a year and switch industries.
