Drink Driving

Recommended Posts

Obviously we should be doing this (but you know..... ends ends innit)

the guys who have mrs' , do they care you drink drive? (eg, you go out with your mrs and consume alcohol.... your mode of transport is your vehicle.... but she doesnt care, because shes getting home nice and warm?)

any of you guys' mrs fervently against it and wont entertain it/get in your car if you WILL be drinking....?

not gonna lie im in this situation each and every time i go out.... i been doing it for the best part of 11 years and its annoying i have to resort to footwork for goodness sake

I'm wise enough to get a cab there and back if it's likely I will consume alcohol

As someone who regularly drunk drove for 10 years sometimes as bad as blacking out and still driving home. Don’t do it.

I learnt my lesson it’s not big it’s not clever.

driving tired is worse imo

BRUH.

I remember coming back from Maidenhead at like 2am. Straight motorway. I fell asleep for at least 10 mins coz my Satnav told me I was due to come off the motorway next exit. Scariest feeling EVER jumping up out your sleep and realising.

LMAO the imagery.

I usually sleep it off at my friends house if we're coming from the city. Now, the person who drives me to the house is usually frassed himself which makes this message I'm writing totally redundant.

In certain countries in Europe, drink sriving is a standard thing..... so is the high death rate from it in the same countries....

Glad the culture here shuns it.

I won't do it because I don't trust myself to be able to react. Imagine killing someone by drink driving...nahhh.

Also, fuck getting in someone else's car who's been drinking. Don't know how people do it. Can't trust myself, deffo ain't trusting anyone else.
