Alex Song has insisted he is happy at Arsenal amid claims he could be set to leave the club.

Reports from Spain claim Barcelona have made a €15million (£11.7million) bid for him, whilst Russian giants Zenit St Petersburg are also believed to be keen.

Song has two years left on his current deal at the Emirates, but Sky Sports understands he would like to extend that agreement.

The Cameroon international has now told Sky Sports that he has heard of interest in him, but insists he remains happy in North London.

"I am not going to lie if I said there is no interest but I am at Arsenal and I am happy at Arsenal," he told Sky Sports.

"Barcelona are the best team in the world, and speculation will always continue until the window closes."

Song is now considering his options, but it is understood he would like to talk with Arsenal about an extension before he would look to leave.

In the last few years, Song, who joined Arsenal back in 2005 from Bastia, has emerged as one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League.

Japan international Ryo has joined Wigan Athletic on a season-long loan.

The 19-year-old winger will be looking to build on the four-month loan spell he enjoyed with Bolton Wanderers at the end of last term.

After quickly making his mark for the Trotters with a terrific goal against Millwall in the FA Cup in only his second game, Ryo became a firm fans' favourite, playing a total of 14 times for the club.

Ryo’s time at the Reebok Stadium followed a good start to the season with Arsenal, where he featured in League Cup victories over Shrewsbury Town and Bolton and was a regular in the reserves.

A productive 2011/12 campaign also saw Ryo make his full international debut in Japan’s friendly match with Azerbaijan in May 2012.

Ryo now heads to the DW Stadium to gain further first-team experience under Roberto Martinez.

Everyone at Arsenal Football Club wishes Ryo the best of luck during his time with Wigan.

Just don't get relegated.
