Very poor parenting IMO

i thought this also but parents were more lenient with their kids movements back in 92 ..i was 8 then and i can remember me and my friends being given much more leeway and freedom to  roam than id ever give kids these days.

 

times have definitely changed,kids are more cocooned.

 

although its strange at this period of time there was quite a few major child murder cases which created a height of fear amongst parents who started to be more over protective of their kids..
