In 1995–96, after Mark Hughes moved to Chelsea, Scholes had more first-team opportunities, standing in for the suspended Eric Cantona as Andrew Cole's strike partner for the first two months of the campaign. Boy if that's the case No point of me uploading YouTube Videos Just going to say watch as much as Verratti you can this season    Mike  Verratti has a better passing range than Wilshere (long and short) which means his vision is better.   Verratti and Wilshere play in the same positions because Verratti was never used as a Deep line playmaker for PSG under Ancelotti   He played in a two with Matuidi. Verratti plays his way out of trouble he is so calm and composed.   Wilshere is more aggressive and has a better work rate than Verratti  Match temperament Verratti wins this for me.   That's fair enough that you think Wilshere is suited better as an 6/8 but when I saw him play years ago I thought I was watching Messi not even joking  That they started comparing him to Liam Brady that's when I knew his position will change   Injuries have killed him   Another thing I have said I rate Wilshere highly but for me the likes of Verratti, Thiago are more talented than him.    Verratti tactically and technically is better than Wilshere Them two things are the key components needed to be a 6 and a 8 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TF S4DK Posted April 4, 2014 Report Share Posted April 4, 2014 Problem with Wilshere is he's not fit and he trying things he use to be able to do but can't, he has to avoid injury and get himself fit again before he can remotely BEAST against serious teams. Â Keyword is serious teams, as much of Jack's flaws have only been highlighted against very good teams, not saying they haven't been there against some of the dead teams, but he's been able to not get punished by them.
