Can't blame Individual errors for every goal. Walker and Rose used to make countless errors, as well as our midfield. Good organising fixes that.
Everton can score in the 95th min of a game and still not win, that's unacceptable. Obviously some of the players are dead but from time Morgan and Huth are keeping clean sheets, that's down to organising the team to help your team. Only reason they are doing ok is 'cause they can score goals, once that dries up, it's over for them.
None of his teams have ever been able to defend.

Lambert shoulda got more time at Villa, if his teams played attractive football, which they did at times, he would have a much better rep, he is an organiser and proved he can do it with kids.

Martinez's problem is that his teams can not defend. Not as a back 4, not as a team, nothing. They can't hold onto leads and struggle with pressure.
Think he would be good in Spain.
