My accusers would like you to believe that ip ''matches'' could only have come from my home/router etc. I put it to you all that it is ABSOLUTE BULLOCKS. IF those ip addresses were mine, the only match that can be determined is the same INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS were used (Tiscali & BT). THAT IS IT!!! Everything else is fabrication imo.

An IP address consists of two parts: the network part and the machine part. Let us make an analogy to your house's

address. It is made up of the country part, then the city part, then the street part. All people living in your

locality will have the same country and city parts in their addresses. Only the house number and street parts will be

different which in my 'supposed'' ip matches is true, there care clear different.

As already described at paragraph 3 of this Notice, the characteristic of an IP address can be either static or

dynamic and the addresses are linked to devices not people. In the case of dynamic IP addresses assigned to a device,

the address may change over time when a device is used. The Commissioner has considered whether this characteristic of

an IP address would provide some additional distance between the IP address and the identity of its user and concludes

that it is likely that this would be the case. The Commissioner also notes that an IP address is more likely to be

personal data if it relates to a PC or other device that has a single user; this is another variable that means the

A California federal district court has dismissed a case for lack of personal jurisdiction because the plaintiff did

not sufficiently prove that the unknown user of a specific IP address was located in California. Celestial Inc. v.

Swarm Sharing Hash, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 61559 (C.D. Cal. 2012).

The plaintiff, a producer of adult pornography, had filed suit against multiple John Doe defendants who had used

peer-to-peer networking software to download copyrighted videos. To satisfy personal jurisdiction, the plaintiffs

asserted that research had "placed the IP addresses of the Doe Defendants in California." According to the plaintiff:

percent) because a country name is required information when an IP range is allocated and IP registrars supply that

information for free.

Even when not accurate, though, geolocation can place users in a bordering or nearby city, which may be good enough

The district court held that because "there may still be a 20 to 50 percent chance that [they] lack[] jurisdiction,"

the case could not proceed to allow discovery of the Does' identities. "[E]ven if the most advanced geolocation tools were simply too unreliable to adequately establish jurisdiction, the court could not set aside constitutional concerns

in favor of Plaintiff's desire to subpoena the Doe Defendants' identifying information."
