When things are a few pennies more is it really that much of an hassle buying from your own?

I used to buy cosmetics from the lady with the AF shop up my road. A bit more expensive and less choice. However, she was in the come up and she was always courteous. Unfortunately the shop got burnt down recently.

The amount of time I go into the big cash and carry up the road and I hear some Af lady moaning about them being rude and disrespectful. Yet these same women will still be going there to shop over and over agsin.
