From what I've read what basically happened is his link was chatting shit to him on the phone then when she came to the yard he violated her differently
Obviously because he used violence then had sex with her it's classed as rape as she was under duress regardless of whether they may have had sex previously
He probably plead guilty because he is as far as the law is concerned and the guilty plea will benefit him in terms of sentencing
All that said he should never have put himself in that position in the first place, and when you do something like that you can't be mad if people perceive you the same as any random bush dragging rapist

As much grease as a man may talk, I don't know if I have it in me to take another man's life. I have 3 children to think about. The anger/rage/instinct in me would probably disagree. But sexual assault? I can't even bring myself to say that R word and we can safely say in my case anyway the line is drawn WAY before then.
