Fair enough, well put.

What would you say makes a club a "Family club" it's a phrase I hear all the time but I'm not sure what's meant by it most of the time,

Not interrogating you or anything just want to hear someone else's view on things.

The fact that our ex-players are always welcome to train with us, some of them even end up doing their coaching courses with our help, some even go into management and coaching roles within the club i.e solksjaer. Seems like we rarely just wash our hands of a player unlike a lot of other clubs.  Also the fact that with Sir Alex he would really look after his players and i can imagine he probably knew a couple of his players parents on a first name basis, them little things will make a player feel more appreciated and work harder to not disappoint the club
