Don’t think that evidence can become public until the case is completely done with (retrials, further appeals etc), unless it gets leaked.

Reading from the original CPS report I think it’s the whole thing about memory impairment from alcohol doesn’t relate to loss of cognitive function. Basically just because you can’t remember it happened that doesn’t mean you weren’t in a stable, rational state of mind at the time.

During the original case that was put forward and the jury weren't allowed to factor it into their decision.

I thought the initial conviction was spurious at best. Some slore comes to hotel and sucks to blokes off. What did she think was going to happen. The reality is that her shame at being a bukkake princess is what led to the cries of rape.

No one can say for certain but surely that is the point. Without certainty (beyond reasonable doubt) there can be no conviction.
