Earlier on I just saw the tweet and was laughing at the angry replies, got sidetracked and didn't even bother to search for the interview but here it is:

If drugs were regulated properly would benefit society. Increased tax and give police the chance to do something positive like Catch all these political nonces .

Street crime would decrease

gang violence would have a small decrease

Can’t say I’m shocked. The amount of black men who have died in police custody and those officers have never lost their jobs, let alone get charged,  should tell you the judiciary is corrupt.

I agree in principle. However which drugs.

What would happen after the first death etc?.

People overdose now granted but it isn't directly government endorsed.

I believe it has worked in Portugal so worth exploring but I guess its a balancing act.

The difference is culture, and England has an excess culture. One report in 2017 said the UK is the most obese country in western Europe, and we are hands down No.1 binge drinking country in Europe. Add legalisation or decriminalisation of personal use into the mix and it may get a bit mad. I am in principle for legalisation of some drugs though.

Ye it’s all a balancing act. Thing is ur not suddenly gonna get more people taking class a etc it’s not like it’s hard to get. I don’t have all the answers just know the war on drugs is a futile mission

my mates mum just overdosed 3 days ago in hospital cos the docs fucked up her script

they did that

it's irrelevant man

you've been conditioned to question shit in this manner cos ironically it's also english culture

it ain't a rational argument

its the BBC's voice asking you these questions in the back of your head

overdoses per usage would decrease, end of

Imagine 50 years from now when we have to explain this mess to our children.

'So you're telling me that the drug industry was one of the biggest industries in the world'.

'Was one of the biggest causes of violent crime in the world'.

'It's availability meant it's as easy as buying something on Amazon'.

And you still pursued with the war on drugs.

What kind of stupidity was this?

/

Imagine being able to buy weed that you know has been tested for toxins, pesticides, and other mad shit.

Imagine knowing the exact psychoactive content of whatever you're buying.

Mate

This fucking world

Fuck The daily mail, big pharma and every other c*nt fighting common sense.
