However which drugs. What would happen after the first death etc?. People overdose now granted but it isn't directly government endorsed. The difference is culture, and England has an excess culture. One report in 2017 said the UK is the most obese country in western Europe, and we are hands down No.1 binge drinking country in Europe. Add legalisation or decriminalisation of personal use into the mix and it may get a bit mad.
