Stock convos maaaan

How was ur weekend

Quiet

Yh same here, although sometimes those are the best kind (i hate myself for how many times ive said this)

Hey, how are you

Yh not bad...for a Monday (lol face)

Haha...yh

Hey how are you

Yh not bad, half way through the week so thats a good thing

Hey how are u

Yh its Friday so thank goodness

Plans for the weekend?

Then the cycle continues

Countless other stock convos that we all have as if we haven't said the same things week in week out

"The thing about hot desking is..."

The wit is painfully slow here (I'm not witty myself but sometimes i wanna cry at how long a "joke" comment takes)

Ive been here far too long

Fam

I ain't miserable, it's just they get inner.

And if I say 'hows yours' I'm getting an ear of the rugby, kids, or they casually drop their partners name in like I know that stranger.

I find it fascinating... Most of my colleagues do absolutely nothing at the weekends it seems

Like absolutely nothing of interest

Lucky if they even left the house.......The wors thing is they haven't seen any of the popular TV shows or sports either

It's like they've sat in a dark room, or did DIY all weekend

Is that how 'grown ups' are supposed to be?

If so.... f*ck that

What kind of people are they?

I'm the most boring in my office. Everyone does hiking and restaurants like (dans le noir - pitch blk) anyway they love themes

And tours and sports and baking

Hiking is such a big thing here an yes they are so cool wearin the hikin boots instead of work shoes

More stock convos

Mid morning:

1 - oh no...no spoons

2 - bla bla theory on where the spoons go

Fridays:

1 - quiet isn't it

2 - i know its like we're the only ones who work on fridays

1- makes me think I'm missing something

Why do we do this every Friday

I like asking other people out of interest.

But I feel uncomfortable when ppl ask me, mainly because I hate sounding like im showing off...

Worst one when you hit a bar, office head ask if you get any numbers, gotta lie and be like nah not really, when in reality you cleaned up calm....

Big up the crew that are not involved in hot drinks when visiting work places/clients

but feel some type of way when they don;t get offered.

Rude AF
