Dont make too many sandwiches these days, usually just dash a bit of goats cheese on a wholegrain slice of toast, or maybe last nights seasoned chicken breast with some salad.

 

Time to time ill do a proper one the the steak, fried onions, cheese etc

Replace the garlic sauce with salad cream and preferably medium or mature cheese and that is banging

Usually prefer to have it in pitta bread though

so far the only two sandwiches i would try is grafters and infamous even tho infamous flopped me hard on the taste test.
